保护环境是从一点一滴的小事做起，而我却没有做好。有一次过新年，我们去顺峰山公园游玩，骑完自行车，我们个个都饿了，我们买了一小包零食来吃，而我，吃完零食，我因为高兴过头了，所以随手就把我吃过的7包零食的包装扔在地上，然后我进去便利店里面看电视，尽管今天的电视剧很好看，过了半个小时，我把以前妈妈跟我说的话忘得一干二净，我所有的心思都沉迷在这个电视剧里面。在过了三十分钟，我才想起来，可是，这时候，妈妈生气的走过来说：“你这个臭丫头，难道我以前跟你说的要保护环境，你都忘了吗?”我说：“我不是忘了，我只是顾着看电视。”妈妈说：“看电视重要一些，还是捡垃圾重要一些?”我说：“捡垃圾。”妈妈说：“那你快点捡呀。”
然后，我捡起一小堆垃圾，扔进垃圾桶，我不但向妈妈认错了，我也向顺峰山公园的每一个扫地阿姨认了错。因为，如果每个人都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么就会给清洁阿姨增加负担。如果你看见一块垃圾在地面，那你就弯弯腰，动动手，做一个保护环境的人，那么就会给清洁阿姨减少负担……
虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!

It is high time that we took some measures to solve the problem.
